General terms and conditions for  Beach house Tiempo Lento and  Appartement Paradi Ski, Bike & Hike

1.⁠ ⁠Reservation

Your reservation is final once the 30% deposit has been received.

2.⁠ ⁠Payment and agreement with conditions

When booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is requested. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. In the event of late payment, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking while retaining the deposit. For a booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation amount must be paid immediately. By paying your deposit, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation by tenant

See the cancellation conditions section on our website. We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance.

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellation by the landlord

In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the landlord may cancel the reservation. Unforeseen circumstances and force majeure include, but are not limited to: - that the house is no longer suitable for rental (for example: due to (natural) disasters) - that the house is no longer available (for example due to sudden sale of the house by the landlord) or a double reservation. In this case, the landlord will refund the rental costs already paid in full or in part without being liable for any compensation. The landlord is never liable for the costs of any services reserved by the (co-)tenant himself (for example: airline tickets, car rental, boat crossing, bus/train trips, etc.).

5.⁠ ⁠Availability

Arrival: Beachhouse Tiempo Lento from 4 p.m., Paradi Ski, Bike & Hike apartments from 6 p.m. Departure before 10 a.m. Other arrival or departure times in consultation.

6.⁠ ⁠Liability

You stay in our home at your own risk, i.e. we, the owners of Beachhouse Tiempo Lento and apartment Paradi Ski, Bike & Hike, are in no way liable or can in no way be held liable for the damage suffered by you and/or injury sustained in our home or on our grounds/swimming pool, in whatever form. The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. In the event of damage to our property exceeding the amount of the deposit, the General Liability Act will come into effect.

7.⁠ ⁠Use

You are very welcome to use the Villa or apartment for the duration of your stay. The provision and use is based on mutual trust and respect for our property. In this context, you must leave the inventory of the house in the same condition as you found it at the time of your arrival. It is appreciated to report any (minor) damage immediately to the owner.

8.⁠ ⁠Deposit

Per stay you must have transferred an amount of 300 euros as a deposit for the use of Beach house Tiempo Lento and 400 euros for the use of apartment Paradi Ski, Bike & Hike. At the end of your stay, after inspection by our housekeeping, this amount will be returned to you within 2 weeks minus any costs.

9.⁠ ⁠Pets and smoking

The villa and the apartment are completely non-smoking. Smoking is therefore not allowed in and around the house. Pets are not allowed.

10.⁠ ⁠Number of persons

Beach house Tiempo Lento is suitable for a stay of up to 10 people and the apartment Paradi Ski, Bike & Hike for 6 people. It is not allowed to stay in the house/apartment with more than people than provided.

11.⁠ ⁠No rights can be derived

No rights can be derived in any way from the information, photos, images and links as stated on the website.
